Radio Frequency Shielding of University Research Lab

The Information Technology Department at the University of Dresden needed a new laboratory to conduct their RF research. The task was to create a shielded lab room with RF attenuation a 80 dB. That means a field reduction from 100,000,000 to 1. Two layer of Cuprotect® shielding material were installed on walls, ceiling, floor and all incoming power and data cables. The project was successfully completed by Cuprotect® with the assistance of our staff in summer of 2014.
