The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulate the RF radiation and microwave exposure to workers and the general public. This is especially important near cell towers and at building rooftops where building management and trades have work areas near cell antennas. Both agencies regulate the type and amount of RF safety training necessary and the precautions to be taken based on the RF radiation exposure level in the work area.
EMF/RF can provide RF testing and RF field assessments. Then, if certain power levels are present, prepare a site-specific RF management plan for the building with general RF safety solutions and/or RF training for your management and engineering staff.

Is your rooftop site safe? A good site RF safety plan will include specific measures to take, and will list areas that should be avoided or entered only with a personal monitor.
